This Privacy Policy describes how the RampIt application ("Application"), developed by Dmitrii Zaitsev ("Service Provider"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the app on your mobile device.

Information We Collect

The Application may collect the following information when you download and use it:

• Your device's IP address
• Device type and operating system version
• App usage data and session information
• Crash reports and diagnostic data

The Application does not collect precise location data.

Local Storage

All alarm settings, exercise statistics, streaks, and personal preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to any server.

Camera Access

The Application uses your device's camera exclusively to detect and count exercise repetitions during an active alarm session. No images or videos are recorded, saved, or transmitted by the Application. All pose detection runs entirely on-device.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Apphud (subscription management)

Subscriptions

In-app purchases are processed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings.

Data Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion of any data associated with your use of the Application by contacting us at classiczdv921@gmail.com. Requests will be processed within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to maintain the security of your device and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
